Zoids / Sailor Moon Crossover

Series 1 – Invasion

 

 

            “Get her! Hurry!” a man shouted, pointing towards a 14-year-old girl running away down the street.

                “Yes, sir, Commander!” a group of warriors called back.

                “Mobilize units Lightning Saix and Shadow Fox!” the commander ordered.

The zoid warriors ran into the Final Fifteen base and came out with 3 Lightning Saix zoids and 3 Shadow Fox zoids.

                “Units Lightning Saix, head to stations 005 and 002! Units Shadow Fox, head to stations 001 and 004!” the commander said, having mobilized his zoid – the Berserk Fury.

The 3 Lightning Saix turned around and dashed off down the street. The commander, Vega, muttered something under his breath and moved the Berserk Fury down the street where the Final Fifteen warriors last saw the girl. Why the heck would she break out of the Final Fifteen’s base? She was needed!

                “Units Shadow Fox, never mind the stations 001 and 004. Go straight ahead with me!”

One Shadow Fox stepped forward and slowly followed behind the Berserk Fury. The others cautiously followed.

                “Warrior Konig, where did the girl escape to?” Vega questioned the leader of the Shadow Fox.

                “My tracker is reporting that the girl is now inside the base! She tricked us!” Konig replied.

Vega swung his Berserk Fury around and sped off for the base. He notified the guards and they closed the base doors, hoping they caught the girl.

                “Is the LigerZero X still inside the base?” Vega asked.

                “Yes. The LigerZero X was untouched, although the girl is currently piloting a Blade Liger.” Konig nodded, “I’ll go retrieve units Lightning Saix. You can hold her off, right? The Blade Liger is strong compared to the Berserk Fury.”

                “The Berserk Fury is an Ultimate X! I know that I can take care of that rookie.” Vega protested.

                “…there is only one Ultimate X. How come LigerZero beat you?” Konig smiled, and his zoid vanished over the horizon.

Vega commanded the Berserk Fury to blast open a gate, and then charged in down the main hallway.

               “Officers, get in your Command Wolf and prepare to attack the Blade Liger!”

Several black and dark gray colored Command Wolves appeared and ran in and out of the different hallways, searching for the enemy Blade Liger.

                “STRIKE LASER CLAW!” the girl’s voice echoed throughout the base, having just scratched open a Command Wolf armor unit.

The two other Command Wolf that were with the first one turned around and ran off, having fear of their zoids being destroyed.

                “Attack that rookie! ATTACK!” Vega shouted, trying desperately to have someone kill the girl.

                “The Dark Raven spirit is untamed! You cannot tame the spirit of the wild black bird! With the hatred of Senshi X, I, Dark Raven, shall defeat you!” the voice shouted again, and there was another strike laser claw.

Five Command Wolf blew up in front of the Blade Liger’s cockpit, and the girl chuckled in satisfaction.

                “Was the Final Fifteen always this easy, or is it just me?” she teased, seeing Vega’s Berserk Fury approach.

                “Surrender now, girl.”

                “I am not a girl. I am Dark Raven, the untamed.”

                “Well, then, monkey! I’ll tame you now.” Vega smirked, and began to power up a charge particle cannon.

The girl, known as Dark Raven, sighed.

                “It’s a pity you don’t learn. You’ll blow up your own base doing that! I’ll save you the trouble of killing everyone, and go ahead and kill you. BLADE LIGER! PUT ALL YOUR ENERGY INTO YOUR BLADES!” Dark Raven shouted, ready to get rid of Vega.

Blade Liger roared and extended his blades. They began to glow a very light shade of silver. Berserk Fury’s cannon grew bigger and bigger. Dark Raven shouted, commanding Blade Liger to go forward. The liger started out at a run, and then began to go up to speeds as fast as sound it’s self.

                “How the heck could a newbie like her be able to bring out the un-mastered full potential of the rare blue Blade Liger?!” Vega shouted, his brain not believing his eyes.

The Blade Liger was charging forward, it’s growl rising to a roar, and then it happened. There was a huge explosion and the base instantly caught on fire. There was another beam of light, soaring up into the air.

                “Blade Liger! You can do it! You’re not even an Ultimate X, and you’re so close to beating him! Go Blade Liger! CUT HIM WITH YOUR BLADES!” Dark Raven commanded, her navy eyes searching around for something she could help her zoid with.

The liger pushed on, digging it’s claws into the Berserk Fury’s neck.

                “Agh! How many times has this happened to me?! BERSERK FURY! STORM…!” Vega shouted, his anger rising.

Blade Liger jumped back, releasing it’s claws from the Berserk Fury’s neck. It began to back away, knowing what was coming. Dark Raven was pondering over this, knowing that this Blade Liger didn’t have a black organoid box. Then how could it react so humanly?, she asked herself.

                “RAVEN!” there was a shout, and then a screen appeared in front of Dark Raven.

                “WOLF!” Raven nearly screamed, jumping off her seat.

The girl, known as Fire Wolf, had appeared to save Dark Raven.

                “I saw the charge particle cannon, and came on over!”

                “…DESTRUCTION!!” Vega smirked, knowing that those two pests would be eliminated.

Blade Liger roared, summoning one of it’s special units. Dark Raven screamed, and closed her eyes, knowing that she would be tossed aside like a piece of junk. When nothing happened, she slowly opened her eyes. Blade Liger was desperately trying to hold up it’s shield against the fierce laser beam coming from Berserk Fury.

                “Fire Wolf! Where did you go?!” Dark Raven looked around.

A dark red and black ZaberFang came up from behind Dark Raven’s Blade Liger and jumped over the zoid, aiming straight for Berserk Fury’s back.

                “Go Zaber!” Fire Wolf shouted, thinking over the consequences of this un-smart move.

She was heading straight for Berserk Fury, who was ready to cut open the cockpit and chew her guts. Fire Wolf closed her eyes and moved the gears forward, making ZaberFang open it’s mouth to bite Berserk Fury. There was a huge crash, and then a deep roar. Berserk Fury was turning this way and that, trying to shake of ZaberFang. Dark Raven got the message, and she swung Blade Liger around and headed for the part of the base where they kept all there zoids. She had to complete her mission, and Fire Wolf was giving her the chance.

 

Blade Liger shot open a gate and tramped into the zoid hanger. Dark Raven closed her eyes, tears overflowing it. She patted Blade Liger’s seat, petting him. Blade Liger swayed back and forth in rhythm to the petting. He growled softly, showing his affection.

                “I’m sorry, Blade Liger. I was taken hostage by the Final Fifteen with my LigerZero X, and so now I must escape. I’m so sorry I cannot take you.” Dark Raven opened the cockpit, and Blade Liger’s growl slowly faded into nothingness. Dark Raven jumped out of the cockpit and ran over to her LigerZero X. Climbing up the restrainers and zoid armor, she made it to the open cockpit door and climbed in. Looking under at the wires, she groaned.

                “Figures. They cut ‘em! Oh well. Blade Liger, maybe I can keep you after all.” Dark Raven smiled, getting her mischievous grin.

 

                “STRIKE LASER CLAW!” Fire Wolf shouted, trying again and again with all her might to pull down Vega.

                “You’re puny ZaberFang can’t beat my Berserk Fury! How dare you even try to attack!” Vega laughed and put on his shield, charging forward and sending the ZaberFang flying.

Fire Wolf landed with a thud, and saw her zoid’s computer monitor write, ‘Command System Freeze’. She groaned, her vision turning hazy. Right before she blacked out, her hand stretched out and clicked a button that was labeled ‘Element Warriors’. A panel came up out of the ground with 5 different colored buttons on them. The red one was flashing – it was labeled ‘Fire’, and the flashing met the computer was frozen. That was Fire Wolf’s button. The black one was flashing too, so that met that either LigerZero X’s wires were snipped or it’s computer was frozen. Fire Wolf clicked the light blue one, and then closed her eyes. She fell unconscious.

                “Haha! I told you! You are no match for an Ultimate X, although I must admit, you did put up a good fight.” the Berserk Fury walked up to the fallen ZaberFang and leaned over it, “It’s in pretty well condition. Officers! Come retrieve this ZaberFang and take that girl hostage. I’m heading off to face that Dark Raven rookie!” and Vega turned his zoid around, heading off for the zoid hanger.

 

Dark Raven climbed into Blade Liger’s cockpit, and the zoid roared, happy to have it’s newfound pilot-friend back inside it.

                “C’mon, Liger! We need to take some trash out!” Dark Raven shouted, moving Blade Liger forward.

Berserk Fury blocked the gate.

                “Going somewhere?” Vega asked, a screen appearing in Dark Raven’s cockpit.

                “I can’t believe you actually had the nerve to snip an Ultimate X’s wires! That could totally damage their black organoid box!” Dark Raven nearly screamed, releasing her anger into the cockpit door.

                “Well, the Final Fifteen are a very talented group. We can repair simple things like that, right?”

Dark Raven instantly thought of her organoid, Eks. The little organoid, who was born from Zeke, was given to Dark Raven when Bang retired from the Guardian Force. If only Eks were here, Raven sighed. He could jump into LigerZero X and pilot him without me, even with the wires snipped…

Blade Liger soared through the air and slammed against the wall, making a huge dent. Raven snapped up from her dream-state and saw the Berserk Fury with it’s shield on it.

                “You know, I took your little friend hostage.” Vega laughed, his eyes showing no mercy.

                “You what?! FIRE WOLF!” Dark Raven screamed, making Blade Liger lunge forward, “Chop him in half with your blades, Liger! You can do it!”

The Berserk Fury roared and turned to face the charging Blade Liger, with it’s shield on. When the two came together, there was a huge explosion and fire crackled all around them. Dark Raven’s anger was inside every clash of the blades and shield, and Vega felt a little nervous.

                “This small girl is more than I thought…I guess a pilot of the LigerZero X has to be that way…”

There was a small explosion behind the two fighting zoids, and they turned around to look. A silver GunTiger stood there, steam coming out of it’s gun on it’s back.

                “Air Tiger!” Dark Raven exclaimed, “How the heck did you get here?!”

                “The panel knows all, Raven!” Tiger shouted back, and aimed for Berserk Fury.

Tiger shot two bullets on the right side of Berserk Fury, and two on the other. They crosses in the middle and then, what seemed to of happened, hit him. When the dust cleared, they heard a humming sound and saw Berserk Fury with his shield on.

                “Agh! No one has ever done that to my laser bullets!” Tiger shouted, slamming her palm down on the panel.

                “Don’t give up, Tiger.” Blade Liger extended it’s blades again, although this time longer, and roared.

It charged forward, not caring if it was gonna get blown up or not.

                “Raven! Don’t! He’ll kill you!!” Tiger screamed, watching in horror.

Berserk Fury turned around, it’s tail out, and whacked Blade Liger across the hanger. Although, Blade Liger just got up again and charged, the consequences of being smashed to pieces was oblivious. He roared and turned around just before hitting Berserk Fury, and the blades smashed Berserk Fury’s tail in half.

                “What?! How in the world did you hurt…?!?!” Vega swung Berserk Fury around, anger going out of the roof, “You’ll pay for that! PAY WITH YOUR LIFE!” he laughed insanely.

Tiger aimed and shot Berserk Fury, who was busy charging for Blade Liger. Vega turned his zoid around and began charging for Tiger. Blade Liger took this time as an advantage and took after the Berserk Fury. Blade Liger jumped and bit Berserk Fury on the back and hung on.

                “Agh!” Vega shouted, about to jump out of his zoid and kill them all.

Berserk Fury ran around the hanger, dodging in and out of zoids and trying desperately to get Blade Liger off.

                “I’m right behind ya, Raven!” Tiger laughed, and went after Berserk Fury, shooting at every possible chance.

The Berserk Fury was forcefully slammed into the hanger wall, and Vega’s head went flying into Berserk Fury’s screen. He fell unconscious as Berserk Fury’s computer wrote, ‘Command System Freeze’.

                “Looks like the Ultimate X is getting old, eh?” Raven laughed, and then turned to Tiger’s screen, “Let’s go retrieve Fire Wolf!”

                “Wait, Raven. I have some extra wires in here since I was repairing GunTiger when Fire Wolf called… Use them to bring LigerZero X back to life, okay?” Tiger smiled.

Raven hesitated.

                “But me and Blade Liger…we’ve bonded…” Raven protested, hearing the soft growl of Blade Liger.

                “Then what are we going to do? It’s either LigerZero X or that Blade Liger!”

                “You’re GunTiger is fast, right?” Raven smirked.

                “Err…yeah….”

                “Go retrieve the Gustav, okay? We can put Blade Liger on it, and you can return to headquarters while me and LigerZero X go save Fire Wolf and blow up the base.” Raven laughed.

Tiger shrugged.

                “What the heck? It doesn’t matter anyway. Vega isn’t here to stop us! I’ll be back in a few.” and the GunTiger walked over to Blade Liger, and the cockpits opened, “By the way. Here’s the wires.”

Tiger closed her cockpit and zoomed off. Raven jumped out of Blade Liger and watched it’s cockpit close.

                “Don’t worry, boy. You may not be my main zoid, but you are one of the best.”

Raven climbed back up to LigerZero X’s cockpit and fixed the wires. The Ultimate X Liger raised it’s head and roared, glad to be back.

                “Alright, try to locate Fire Wolf on your tracker. We need to retrieve her and then blow up this place.” Raven commanded, moving LigerZero X forward.

The zoid stopped, not obeying Raven’s orders.

                “What!? Liger!! Move forward! Go! Now! BEFORE VEGA WAKES UP!!” Raven screamed.

LigerZero X growled softly and looked down. Raven blinked and saw Eks standing there, looking up.

                “Oh.” Raven said softly, “Eks! Get in!”

The organoid zoid put on it’s boosters, turning into a beam of white light, and aimed for LigerZero X. It went in and the restrainers began glowing and spinning. LigerZero X roared and charged forward.

                “Yeah! Go Liger!” Raven laughed, watching LigerZero X turn a sharp corner and blast down a wall to get through.

Eventually they blasted through a wall and appeared in a place that Raven recognized very well.

                “They took me here when they caught me with you, Liger.” Raven told her zoid, “I guess this is their hostage chamber, or something.” she laughed.

                “Raven! You’re in communication range again!” said Fire Wolf’s voice from Raven’s wrist communicator.

Liger roared, reminding Raven of the awakening Vega.

                “Wolf, I don’t have time to chat. Where are you?” Raven asked, looking around.

                “You mean you’re in the chamber?”

                “Yeah. So, where are you?”

                “I’m inside my ZaberFang, although they tied me up.” groaned Wolf.

Raven laughed.

                “How obvious. Reminds me of Bit Cloud.” Raven paused, thinking of one who piloted LigerZero, “So, what were they gonna do, take off your emergency escape thing and have you go into a ‘fiery battle’ with a cool zoid of their’s?” she laughed again.

               “I dunno. But get me outta here!” Wolf cried, spotting the white tail of the Berserk Fury go by the blasted open gate.

                “What? Vega’s up already?! Agh! Hold on, Wolf. Let me and Liger take care of this. Goooooo Liger!” Raven swung her zoid around, eyes flaring, “VEGA! SHOW YOURSELF!”

The Berserk Fury tramped in, roaring. But there was no answer from Vega. Wolf laughed.

                “Looks like the Berserk Fury is at it again. Vega is out, but the Berserk Fury isn’t!”

Raven’s eyes widened.

                “What? The legend of the zoid piloting it’s self is true?? Even without an organoid?!”

                “Yeah. It’s been true for thousands of special pilots, although I wouldn’t quite call Vega special.” Wolf replied.

Liger roared, wanting to go on.

                “Alright. I’m heading for the battlefield. C-ya, Wolf! By the way, Tiger is coming back with the Gustav so I can retrieve Blade Liger. Maybe she’ll be able to save ya.” and LigerZero X disappeared out of the chamber.

Raven’s insane smile turned into a serious line, and she nearly roared herself.

                “Go for it, Liger! It’s time do our chores, and today, we have trash duty!”

                “Such a cocky kid.”

Liger stopped.

                “What? You’re awake?!”

                “You guys’ll believe anything.” Vega laughed, and charged forward.

Dark Raven moved the controls forward and Liger opened his mouth, jumped over the Berserk Fury, and then turned around blasting Vega down.

                “Sweet! Go Eks and Liger!” Raven shouted.

The Berserk Fury turned around and planted it’s feet down, preparing for a charge particle cannon. Raven’s eyes widened and decided to go ahead and play it Vega’s way. LigerZero X planted his feet down and opened his mouth, preparing for his own charge particle cannon.

                “Now, it’s whoever finishes charging first…” Raven whispered, watching the bright flash of colors in front of her.
