Raine “Don’t announce it to the world! It’s embarrassing!” Faye “I can’t believe you like Har...” Raine punched Faye out. Raine “How about we talk about something else, Aeka?” Aeka “Fine. So you think you beat the Blitz team?” Raine “Yeah easily.” Raine talked as if it was a joke. Two people walked over. Raine “Hey you’re the Flugel team, cool.” Leon “We overheard your conversation.” Naomi “Who couldn’t?” Leon “You were only joking right?” Raine “No way! I could easily beat the Blitz team.” Leon “How about you set up a battle to see if you are only kidding?” Raine “Fine by me.” Faye was barely conscious. Faye “...Airy Champh.” Raine gasped and blushed Raine “Faye I can’t believe you.” Raine ran out of the cafe and the sound of a Zoid running was heard. Aeka “Faye that was really mean.” Faye “What are you talking about?” Aeka “You told everyone about Raine’s crush!” Faye “Which one?” Aeka “The really embarrassing one!” Faye “So that’s why she beat the crap out of me so hard.” Naomi “Now that’s sad liking Harry Champ, she must be mental.” Leon “Don’t say that. It is weird, but still that’s her not you.” Faye “A battle would cheer her up.” Aeka ”Yeah, I’ll set up some battles with the Blitz team. That’ll cheer her up so maybe she won’t hate you so much.” Leon “Tell her the wager is still on.” Aeka ”Okay, but don’t tell anybody about her crush.” Act 2 Meanwhile Raine sat on her Lasin Lyger Zero, (A Lasin Lyger Zero is all of the good things from a Lyger Zero and a Lightning Scykes, also white, with hidden blades, and a gun port that can adapt to any gun, interchangeable armors, original armor lightning themed, and a megalomax charged particle cannon. The screen during an MCPC reads `BURN OUT` and aims the same way as Thomas’s:) There is even something like a BEAK unit only called Ganymede.) thinking and staring aimlessly at the sky. Naomi’s gunsnyper ran up and Naomi got out. Naomi “Hey aren’t you the girl with the crush on Harry Champ.” Raine “Got a problem?” Naomi “Nope. Nice Zoid but what is it?” Raine “A Lasin Lyger Zero.” Naomi “What?” Raine “Its a mix of a Lyger Zero and a Lightning Scykes, plus blades and a Jack-of-all-trades gun port, and some awesome armors.” Naomi “Nice.” Raine jumped into the Lyger and was off. Act 3 At the base Aeka was arranging the battles via vid. phone. Aeka “Hi, is it the Blitz team’s base?” Doc “Yes, may I help you?” Aeka “Yeah, Leon Tauros made a bet with my friend so I’m gonna need to set up some battles, I’m pretty sure its five. Yeah, five.” Doc” Leon, FIVE?!” Aeka “Yep.” She rummaged around for her date book. Aeka “First against the Lyger, then the shadow Fox, the snyper, the Raynos, and lastly the ENTIRE team. Each one all by herself.” Doc “Listen don’t make any more prank calls here.” Aeka “This isn’t a prank. Its already okayed by the Zoid Battle Commission it’ll happen in about a day at 4:30pm.” Doc “Fine, but who are they battling?” Aeka “My friend Raine Loire, she needs a cheer up after Faye let the battle cafe know that she has a major crush on Harry Champ. OH NO! I can’t believe I let that slip.” Doc “Harry Champ?!” He fell off his chair laughing. Bit walked in. Bit “Doc, what happened to you.” Doc “Nothing I just heard about some girl who likes Harry Champ.” He got serious. Doc “You’re fighting her tomorrow. Her name is Raine Loire.” Bit fell over laughing. Raine “Hey Aeka, watcha doin’.” Aeka “Setting up your battles so rest up, they start tomorrow, okay with you Raine?” Raine “Yeah.” Bit “So you’re Raine Loire! Is it true you like Harry Champ?” Raine blushed. Raine “Aeka!” She ran out of the room.. Aeka “The battles are still on.” She hung up, but another call came. Aeka “Hey! Raine, could you get that?” Act 4 Raine was laying on her bed drawing, and answered the phone. Raine “Hello.” Harry “Hi, is this the Outlaw Scykes base?” Raine didn’t look up. Raine “Yeah, who is this and how may I help you?” Harry “I just wanted to know if a girl named Raine Loire has a crush on me.” Raine “If you’re Harry Champ, then do you know how news travels that fast. Who are you any way?” Harry “What about you, what‘s your name?” Raine “Raine Loire, and who are you?” She continued to draw. Harry “Harry Champ of course.” Her pencil lead broke. Raine “Oh, anything else?” Harry “Nope, just wanted to know about that. Seeya.” Raine “Seeya.” Harry clicked the wrong button and just made the link smaller. Benjamin “That girl is rude, and improper.” Harry “You always say bad stuff about cute girls.” Raine hung up and dialed the best choclatier in her area. Saleslady “Hi, how may I help you?” Raine “Yeah, could I send some chocolates to a friend?” Saleslady “Sure what do you want?” Raine “What could I get for...” She dug through her pocket and pulled out ten dollars. Raine “...ten dollars.” Saleslady “We have a nice four piece assortment.” Raine “Okay.” Saleslady “Alright, and how are you going to pay, and where to?” Raine “Send them to Harry Champ and I’ll pay via transporter beam. Could you put a picture that I would send to you on the card?” Saleslady “Sure, they should arrive at around noon.” Raine “Great that’s perfect.” She sent the picture and the money. Act 5 The next day Harry got the chocolates. Sebastian “Who sent them?” Harry looked at the card and smiled. Harry “There may just be a picture of a fairey on the card but I know who sent them.” Act 6 Harry called the Outlaw Scykes base, but Faye answered. Faye “Hello.” Harry “Hi, can I speak to Raine?” Faye “Sure, just a second.” Faye typed in a code and Raine got the call. She put it up on the screen. Raine “Who is it?” She was working in the cockpit, under the control panel of her Lasin Lyger Zero. Harry “Hi, hey where are you?” Raine came out from underneath the control panel, covered in oil. She blushed when she saw Harry on the screen. Raine “Hi Harry.” Harry “Why are you covered in oil?” Raine “I’m doing mateinance on my Zoid before my big battle tomorrow, with the Lyger Zero.” Harry “You know, you’re gonna lose.” Raine shook her head. Raine “No way, I’m gonna win.” Harry “Any way, I was wondering if you would like to go out on a date tonight?” Raine “WOW REALLY! I mean sure, what time?” Harry “How about eight?” Caitlyn “That’s good. Seeya.” Harry “Seeya.” Act 7 Raine finished the matinence and got cleaned up. She jumped into her Zoid and was off to the battlefield, she saw the Lyger Zero approaching. A vid. screen appeared, it was Bit cloud still laughing. Bit “So you like Harry Champ?” Raine blushed, and the judge landed. Raine “I’ll answer that after the battle, so lets fight already!” The judge started the battle, and Raine pulled out two command cards. She put them in two of the five slots on her control panel. Raine “Firey, Windy come to my aid! FIRE SPIN!” Her Zoid jumped up and let loose a narly fire beam. The Lyger let out a roar and froze. Bit called her. Bit “HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT!?” Raine “You are way to weak for me to talk to.” She hung up but got another call, it was Doc. Doc “Wow, what a cool Zoid, how much do you want for it?” Jamey hit him in the head. Jamey “Doc, how are we saposed to pay for that?” Raine “I could never sell her.” Doc “How about you join our team then?” Raine thought about it. Raine “I dunno, I guess it would be better than staying with Faye.” Doc “You would need to give us something in return.” Raine “I cook well.” Doc “You got a deal, just hope you can work on a small budget. By the way, when are you going to move in?” Raine “After my final battle with your team.” Doc “Alright then, see you then.” Raine “Seeya.” Raine looked at her watch and saw that it was 5:35pm. Raine “Ahh crap, I’m gonna be late!” She got back to the base and cleaned up her Zoid, took a shower, did her hair, did her make-up, and got dressed. She did a double take at the clock, 7:23pm. She ran to Aeka for a ride, who gave her one. Act 8 Raine jumped down from the car. Raine “Don’t worry Aeka, I won’t need a ride.” The car drove off, and Raine walked to the fountain in the middle of the park. Harry was sitting on the fountains edge, tapping his foot on the ground. He waved when he saw Raine walking up and she ran over to him. Raine “Sorry I’m late, the battle went kinda long I guess.” Harry “That’s okay, and here, congrats on the victory.” Harry handed her a large bouquet of white and pink roses. Raine “Oh wow! They’re beautiful.” Harry “They’re not the only thing that’s beautiful.” (He meant her, for the people who need help in comprehension.;) She gave Harry a big hug and he blushed. She did look pretty, damn it. She wore a light blue dress with almost white, green petticoats that were rather frilly, it was sleeve less, went down to her knees, was very detailed, and had a low neckline. She had a thin white cloth chocker on, little butterfly earrings, and soft green shoes on. Her hair was wore out of her face with a beautiful white hair ribbon. Harry was wearing a crimson tux, with black cuffs. It looked rather old. Raine blushed. Raine “You look quite handsome tonight.” Harry blushed. They walked to Harry’s car and he drove her to a small cafE They ate dinner and Harry paid for it, after they talked. (Of course he paid that’s how its supposed to be!) They went back to the park, and walked around for awhile just talking. Afterward, Harry drove her home and she snuck up to bed. Raine woke up at about noon and raced downstairs for breakfast. Act 9 Aeka “So how was your date with Harry?” Raine “It was great.” Faye “You went out with Harry?” Raine Yeah Faye-Faye.” Faye huffed as Aeka and Raine laughed. Raine ate quickly and preped for the battle. She jumped into the L. L. Zero and changed the armor to the Kero Beros Zero (It looks like big Kero from cardcaptors.) Act 10 She hurried to the battlefield where the Shadow Fox was waiting. The judge landed and started the battle. Raine pulled out the freeze and watery cards thusly the attack froze Brad up. Then she put the Shot into action and the Shadow Fox was outta commission. Brad placed a call to Raine. Brad “You’re pretty good for a kid.” Raine “I’M NOT A KID! YOU SHALL PAY FOR THAT REMARK! KERO BEROS ZERO USE A CHARGED PARTICLE FIRE BEAM ON THE SHADOW FOX!” Brad “NO! You’ll destroy the Shadow Fox!” Aeka “STOP IT RAINE!” Faye “No, you’ll kill him!” Raine “I Don’t care!” Faye “Ya won’t get ta battle again and you’ll be thrown in jail.” (Weasley tone, she doesn’t care.) Raine “Aim to the sky and only graze the Shadow Fox!” The K. B. Zero did so and fired, both Zoids sustaining heavy damage. The cockpit went dark Raine breathed hard. She jumped out of the Zoid and fell over totally exhausted. She was unconcious. Hope you enjoy this next little bit, its some intermission fun with the cast. Leena “Hey, why ain’t I in this?” Heritage “You are don’t worry, just look at the top in the cast page.” (Leena looks up, and ain’t too happy.) Leena “What’s that ‘semi-minor’ crap mean?!” Heritage (tries to hold back evil giggle but can’t stop the smirk) “That’s what you get for chasing Bit Cloud around, he’s like a brother ta me, but that’s another story! now pitch any more fits and I’ll have ta go ta some extreme measures.” (Starts laughing in evil Dr. Layon way.” Leena (A little freaked, but still herself.) “I don’t care! He stole my cookie!” Heritage (writing furiously) “....And....Done!” Leena (In a tight fitting strait-jacket.) “What the!” Heritage “Any further and Harry’s coming, and you’ll be in a skimpy bikini.” Leena (Shocked and disgusted.) “You, wouldn’t, you bitch!” Heritage (writing furiously, ‘Leena’s now in skimpy pink with hearts bikini.’) Bit “HELL YA, I LIKE THIS!” Leena “I’m gonna kill you Bit Cloud!” Heritage “Before Harry comes, I warn you the next step is you drugged and thrown into a room with Harry wearin’ a Victoria Secret set. I do not kid you, I think it would be funny!” (Evil laughing. Writing furiously.) Harry (VERY VERY happy.) “Hey baby, nice bikini! This writer rules!” Heritage “Glad somebody’s happy.” Bit “Hey, wait a sec! I think its cool too!” Harry “BIT CLOUD! LEENA’S MINE!” Bit “No she ain’t!” Heritage “BIT! I’m trying to torture Leena here. So either quiet down or else... You’ll be seein’ Mary VERY soon, and I can make it worse!” Harry “Don’t get Mary into this.” Bit “But Leena’s my girl.” Leena “I’M NOT ANYBODY’S GIRL!” Heritage (holds up paper saying ‘Leena’s one night stand with Harry’) “Any more objections Leena?” Leena “Umm...can...I...have...a...dress...or something.” Harry (chasing Leena.) “Awww but Leena baby, I like your outfit.” Leena “Harry, can you like stop chasing me.” Harry “Then stop runnin’ honey.” Heritage “Alright this is getting boring,(writes Leena a dress)JUST BE GOOD!” Leena “Alright.” Bit “Ya know, I like the dress on ya Leena.” I hope you enjoyed the first half, This is the first fan fic I’m publishing!
