Chapter 6: the Driest Ocean


The next afternoon, they left , again , to the desert. It had been over three months , since Blake first left his home town. He had changed.

The ran across the desert at rapid speeds, except Blake , ofcourse, who was piloting the gustaff.

They were driving across the land when they saw a team of zoids.
Their pilots must be a band of fighting , thought Blake.

They drove up to them, and standed by.

" Hey! What's going on? " asked one of the male pilots. He looked about twenty, with shaggy blond short choppy hair and black irises. He was standin g by a Pink Neo War Shark.

" Hello , I am Blake Zero. Pilot of the Command Wolf " Blurge ".

There were four others. Three girls, each looked between sixteen to nine teen , and their appearances were similar. One of the girls had blue eyes an d blue long hair. Another had green eyes and Green long hair, and the third had red eyes and violet long hair. They all had tanned white skin, and all s tood between five foot two inches, to about five foot eight inches. The one with green eyes had a Jade Green Pteras , the one with red eyes had a Blue S corpian , and the one with the blue eyes had a black Dibison. They all had b lue jeans on , with different colored coats.

" Hi " they said in unison.

There was another guy, he looked about twenty one, twenty , something ar ound there. He had black curly short hair, tan skin , and pink irises. He st ood about five foot nine inches, which was nothing compared to his red and c hrome Iron Kong. The Iron Kong Pilot had a black jacket on, which had JAKK w riten on the back, and tan pants, with black shoes.

" Hey, what's up dude? " asked the Iron Kong pilot.

" Hi! " said the girls excitedly.

" Say, you guys want to battle? " asked the Iron Kong pilot , Jakk.

" Sure, we'd love to. " said the girls in unison.

" Uh , okay. " said Blake.

Blake hopped into his Command Wolf, Blurge, as the other girls hopped in to the Helcat and the Sabre Cat.

Jakk hopped into his Iron Kong, as one of the girls hopped into her Scor pian, and the another girl hopped into her Dibison.

" Let's rock 'n role! " said Kara.

The three took off, towards the Dibison, Scorpian , and the Iron Kong.

The Scorpian sent a sting to Blake. His command wolf jumped out of the w ay, slower than the lightning saix. Kara blasted the scorpian while it was d istracted, knocking it down. It was disabled.

Blake charged towards the Iron Kong, blasted his gautling gun at it. It had little affect.

The great Iron Kong launched it's fist , and disabled Kara's zoid. Echo lunged her helcat at the Iron Kong's neck, while Blake's Command Wolf rapidl y shot at it. Eventually disabling it, too. The Dibison charged at the only one on the ground, the command wolf.

Blake charged to run elsewhere. He started to run. He was faster than th e dibison easily. The Helcat lunged at it, and blasted the legs, disabling i t. Then the Iron Kong activated and disabling her. It was just Blake and the Iron Kong. The Iron Kong's pilot hopped out and laughed. Blake got the joke and jumped out.

" Good game. " said the Iron Kong pilot.

" You too, " replied Blake.

" What did you say you call yourselves? " asked Blake.

" Well, we like to be called the Dry Ocean Group. "

" Kinda cheesey, but it's cool. "

"  I guess we will be seeing you. "

" You too. "
